We would like to let you know about an upcoming scheduled network maintenance at Konet. Our first concern is that the services we provide are of the best possible quality, and this maintenance is part of our commitment to continuously improving their level.
During this maintenance we will upgrade the software on our internal routers to the latest version recommended by their manufacturer.
When will the maintenance take place?

Time: 06:00 a.m. EET (UTC+02:00) – 08:00 p.m. EET (UTC+02:00)
The expected maintenance time will range from a few minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours.
What will the impact on your services be?
Minimal impact is expected during the maintenance, because the routers are part of a complex structure and we will upgrade one router at a time. Packet loss may occur when we stop traffic on each router.
This upgrade is expected to affect all our servers.
Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issue arises.
