How do I know I need an upgrade
In cPanel you see live CPU, RAM and I/O usage under Resource Usage, and the space your files take under Disk Usage. If you often get close to the limits, it is time for a bigger plan.
What applies per service
- Web hosting: from Light up to Developer, paying only the difference for the rest of the period. After Developer you move to semi dedicated hosting.
- Semi dedicated hosting: from Professional up to Enterprise. If you come from web hosting, our technicians handle the move, with no downtime and nothing to change on your site.
- Reseller hosting: from Small up to Xlarge Agency, in the same WHM, with no change for your clients.
- VPS: from K1 up to K6, upwards only, and the disk can grow up to 1 TB NVMe.
How to request it
Open a ticket from the Client Area and say which plan you want to move to. If no plan fits your needs or budget, send us your requirements and we will propose a tailored solution.
